For centuries seafaring captains journeyed to the legendary South Pacific Emerald Isles where shiploads of textiles from India were exchanged for highly desired natural commodities. With Jim Thompson’s premier selection of vinyl wallcoverings we have searched the seas and sparkling shores of these islands for natural textures and hues to create this stunning collection. As always, our inspiration begins with our deep knowledge of naturally woven textiles. In creating wallcoverings we delight in achieving the same textures and effects found in slubby homespun linen or the sheen of pure silk. To further enhance the effect of these wallcoverings some have been embossed with metallic overlay. So rediscover the magic of faraway lands by including in your décor some of Jim Thompson’s wall coverings that are named for the Emerald Isles of the South China Sea.

With its natural look and palette, our embossed Bamboo could appear on any wall and create a highly architectural and contemporary look.

	PALAWAN W01010/01 to 11 11 colorways Substrate: Vinyl Roll Size: W – 52cm, L – 10m This versatile embossed paper has the look of woven sea grass or jute cloth. The metallic specks of gold or silver give a subtle glimmer to the range of earthy colors that include gold, beige, aquamarine and rust.
